Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nec Sanyo Denki DFSM-730B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Norcroft products, including obsoleted and phased-out North-American-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Nematron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Norcroft such as the 15VR10218751 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PEXP286TS302 manufactured by North-American-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most North-American-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ML104QN2513 by Manufacturer Nematron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Nikon Brand 4S007770D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Niobrara such as 170UCM20000 equipment made by Niobrara have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Niobrara products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Niobrara" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DH2048J6CL made by Northstar-Encoder as well as the popular 4S0133742 original spares produced by Nikon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4S065171 by Nikon and 170UCM20000 spares by Niobrara are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ML104QN2013 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nematron.
